Do you service hot tubs you didn't sell?

Yes, in many cases we can. Contact us to discuss your specific brand and model. We will let you know right away whether we can help.

How often should I have my hot tub serviced?

For most homeowners, a quarterly service visit is a good starting point. However, if you use your hot tub frequently, monthly maintenance is a better option. Regular service keeps the water safe and extends the life of your equipment.

Can I put my hot tub on a deck, concrete pad, or pavers?

Yes — all three surfaces work well. We provide a free pre-delivery guide that walks you through site preparation. That way, everything is ready before we arrive with your new spa.

Do new hot tubs come with a cover?

Yes. All of our hot tubs include a cover at no extra cost. We also recommend adding a cover lifter for added convenience, which is available as an optional upgrade.

After visiting multiple hot tub dealers we decided to purchase ours from Island Spas and Pools in Oak Island. And we're glad we did! Having previously owning a spa, we sort of knew what we were looking for: an easy to operate spa from a reputable, established manufacturer that was reliable and would be suitable for the two of us and occasionally our grand kids for years to come. All of the dealers we visited had good products, and personable friendly sales people. We were drawn to Islands Spas and Pools by their fair pricing, great products from reputable manufacturers and their excellent BBB A+ rating. Their record is near flawless. One of the things we thought was important in choosing a spa dealer was their reputation, response to problems and their follow thru. Everyone we have dealt with here has been extremely helpful and thorough. Including Peter Butler our salesman, Debbie in the office and Wayne and Darius in delivery and setup. We only had a week to take the old tub away (which had died) and replace it before we had renters scheduled to arrive. We live out of state and so we had to rely on the Island Spas' team heavily to determine what to purchase, where to place it and remove the old tub. Jennifer Rude was so unbelievably helpful. She sent videos and pictures and even recommended the entrance steps she would buy from Walmart and installed them for us. She provide above and beyond top class customer service.
