Can I put my hot tub on a deck, concrete pad, or pavers?

Yes — all three surfaces work well. We provide a free pre-delivery guide that walks you through site preparation. That way, everything is ready before we arrive with your new spa.

Do new hot tubs come with a cover?

Yes. All of our hot tubs include a cover at no extra cost. We also recommend adding a cover lifter for added convenience, which is available as an optional upgrade.
